Apart from using AWS extensively for almost all my projects, I have worked inside AWS and Amazon itself, learning from the best, first hand. I am also good with debugging server errors, configuring and setting up most stacks.
I also have some experience using some of the Google Cloud services like App Engine and Big Query.
In general, I would high recommend everyone to use a reputed cloud provider (Amazon, Google, Microsoft, Heroku, etc). The benefits far outweigh any extra cost you might imagine.
