Lorenzo De Nobili

My multifaceted profile is the result of my analytical mindset, my passion for building viable products, my knowledge in Lean Startup and Agile, my belief in people and teams, and my deep expertise in Engineering.

The desire to constantly challenge myself brought me to begin my journey as a Software Engineer for DailyDeal - ex-Google, international local deals e-commerce - where I first worked on a complete platform rebuilt introducing new tech solutions (React, NodeJS, MongoDB, etc) and then as Engineering Manager where I had the privilege to lead a team of talented engineers, designers and product owners and manage the development and the release of some of the most impactful projects.

I love what I do and I am always happy and excited to share my enthusiasm with others and to help them achieve their dreams. This is why during my time at DailyDeal, I supported Codeworks - leading bootcamp in Europe - as a teacher, holding lectures and crafting courses, and as an ambassador.

In 2018 I was lucky enough to join Bain & Company’s ADAPT team. While at Bain I helped some of the most successful companies in the EMEA region to ideate, build and validate new products and ventures. I focused on delivering real, demonstrable, repeatable results to our clients using Agile, Lean Startup, and Human-Centred Design. The immense learnings drove me to found Grazie, an ultra-local marketplace for services launched in 2020 and operating in Berlin and Milan.
