As an Engineer at Andela, my duties include:

• Worked as a frontend engineer on an internal company project for Andela, Collective Andela Learning Map (CALM) application using TypeScript and React Js. Which served about 1000 developers.
• Created and developed a full-stack project which mimicked a demo book library site – Languages:(PERN stack), this can be found on my GitHub repo.
• Worked in an Agile-driven environment to effectively maintain project timelines and utilize available resources.
• Code reviews for team members, ensuring best practices and conformance to set standards.
• Constant pair programming with team members, unblocking team members when they are blocked on tasks by helping to debug and analyse the root cause of issues that arise.
• Coordination of daily stand-ups, retrospectives and sprint planning.
• Ensuring cohesion within the team, Identifying strengths and weaknesses of each team member, assigning tasks and pairing team members to allow for growths in areas of weaknesses and for strengths to be employed.
