Emmanuel Idiaghe

As part of the Kuda Business onboarding team, I worked on building and maintaining the onboarding flow that enables businesses to seamlessly create and verify their accounts on the platform. My contributions included implementing backend APIs and logic for processing CAC verification, TIN validation, BVN and ID checks, and automating onboarding decisions to reduce manual review time. I also played a role in integrating third-party services for identity verification and ensuring compliance with KYC/AML requirements. In addition, I collaborated closely with product and design teams to iterate on the onboarding UI/UX, making the experience faster and more intuitive for business users. My work helped improve onboarding success rates and reduced drop-offs during the signup process.

Developed the hardware POS purchase feature for Kuda Business which allowed businesses to purchase POS hardware either outright or through installment plans, offering greater flexibility in acquiring payment systems. Played a key role in implementing secure transaction handling, payment processing, and order tracking functionality. Delivered a solution that integrated smoothly with existing systems, enhancing Kuda’s business services and driving adoption of POS hardware among clients.
