I am a UK-based software engineer with over 16 years of professional experience, a BSc in Software Development and an MSc in Bioinformatics and Systems Biology. My industry experience includes the development of interactive interpretation tools for oil and gas exploration software for controlling life science imaging equipment and even console games.

I have worked with various teams of different sizes in shared codebases. I have written software for Windows, Linux, gaming consoles, GPU and imaging hardware. I have used numerous languages, IDEs, build tools, test frameworks, version control systems, package managers, etc.
